Company Wager's prediction settlement infrastructure is built on public blockchain smart contract architecture. While all smart contracts deployed by Company Wager are subject to independent third-party security audits prior to deployment, no software system is entirely free from risk. Users explicitly acknowledge and accept the following inherent technical risks:

• ▶Smart Contract Vulnerabilities: Despite rigorous auditing, smart contracts may contain undiscovered software vulnerabilities, logic errors, or edge-case exploits that could result in the loss or permanent locking of staked digital assets. No audit process can guarantee the complete absence of vulnerabilities.
• ▶Blockchain Network Congestion: During periods of high network activity on parent blockchains (e.g., Ethereum mainnet), transaction confirmation times may be significantly delayed. This may result in prediction stakes being confirmed after their intended deadline, potentially affecting settlement outcomes.
• ▶Gas Fee Volatility: Blockchain transaction fees (gas) are dynamic and may be substantially higher than anticipated at the time of stake submission, particularly during network congestion events. Company Wager has no control over network gas prices.
• ▶Decentralized Oracle Reporting Lag: Prediction outcomes are determined by Chainlink and Pyth Network decentralized oracle networks. While these systems are designed for high reliability, oracle reporting may experience delays, temporary unavailability, or in rare cases, incorrect data reporting due to network conditions or data source failures.
• ▶Protocol Upgrades & Forks: Changes to the underlying blockchain protocol, including hard forks or network upgrades, may affect the functionality of deployed smart contracts in unpredictable ways.
• ▶Front-Running & MEV: On public blockchains, sophisticated actors (miners/validators) may engage in maximum extractable value (MEV) strategies that could disadvantage certain users during high-activity periods.
• ▶Wallet & Key Management: Company Wager never has access to your private keys. Loss of access to your wallet (e.g., lost seed phrase, compromised private key) will result in permanent, irrecoverable loss of any digital assets held in that wallet, including staked prediction amounts.

Company Wager shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, oracle malfunctions, or any other technical failure of the underlying blockchain infrastructure, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Company Wager displays the names, tickers, logos, and brand assets of numerous multi-billion dollar global enterprises including but not limited to Apple Inc., Tesla Inc., SpaceX, Google LLC, NVIDIA Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, Meta Platforms Inc., Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., and others. Users of this platform explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• ▶Non-Commercial Reference Only: All corporate names, brand logos, product names, stock tickers, and trademark assets displayed on this platform are used exclusively for non-commercial, informational, and public reference purposes. Their display is strictly for the purpose of identifying the subject company of a prediction event.
• ▶Zero Endorsement or Affiliation: The display of any corporate brand asset on Company Wager implies absolutely zero endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, licensing agreement, or official association between Company Wager and the referenced enterprise. No listed company has reviewed, approved, or authorized its inclusion on this platform.
• ▶Fair Use Principles: The use of corporate brand identifiers on this platform is conducted in good faith under fair use principles applicable in the United States and equivalent doctrines in other jurisdictions (e.g., fair dealing in the UK, Canada, and Australia). The use is transformative, non-commercial, and does not substitute for the original brand's commercial products or services.
• ▶Trademark Ownership: All corporate names, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. Company Wager claims no ownership, license, or right to these assets beyond the fair use reference described above.
• ▶Prediction Events Are Not Corporate Actions: Prediction events on this platform are speculative forecasts about publicly reported corporate activities. They are not official corporate announcements, investor relations communications, or statements of fact about any company's future plans or performance.

The legal status of speculative prediction and crypto-asset staking activities varies significantly across jurisdictions. Company Wager does not provide legal advice and cannot determine whether your participation is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

• ▶Restricted Jurisdictions: This platform may be unavailable or legally restricted in certain countries or regions. Users attempting to access the platform from restricted jurisdictions may be blocked via geofencing technology. Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxies is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.
• ▶Cryptocurrency Regulation: The regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency assets is rapidly evolving. Changes in law or regulation in your jurisdiction may affect your ability to use this platform or the value of your digital assets.
• ▶Tax Obligations: Prediction winnings may constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of this platform. Company Wager does not provide tax advice.

• ▶You accept that all prediction outcomes determined by decentralized oracle networks are final and binding and cannot be reversed or appealed.
• ▶You accept that Company Wager is provided on an "as-is" basis and that the platform may be unavailable, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
